'again do' fails to repeat commands to the correct number of repetitions specified in utterance #834

Describe the bug 'again do' repetitions are inaccurately recognized. Despite specifying an integer like four or five repeats a range of usually above 20 repetitions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (be sure to include the exact command phrase you are using):

  1. say test
  2. say one of the following specs again 5/again 5 times/ again 5 times do
  3. The utterance test will not be repeated the correct amount of times.

Expected behavior The utterance test should be repeated five times
