WIP Many minor readme improvements #182

Just trying out dragon 13 as part of issue #174 and was just updating readme to make clarifications

Most of these changes are just formatting changes (just adding ` surround code and file paths) with only a few wording changes

i'm just going to leave this WIP for now in case i discover any problems over the next week, but from what i can tell, aenea is working really well using the same instructions as before, which is awesome! And even better, the accuracy of dragon 13 out of the box is better than dragon 12 with heaps of training and manual corrections! (Almost can't believe that I could have had this much better accuracy all this time, but oh well).

@calmofthestorm Thanks for the feedback, i'm going to be helping someone else through the setup process and hopefully will be able to make some more clarifications on the readme, as i know some things are tricky to understand so i will leave this pull request wip for now

Let's just merge this and open a new one if you want to make further improvements. And thank you! It's frustrating that this setup has such a high barrier to entry, so improving the instructions with a fresh eye is great.
