Install failed - new python #175

installer installed python, then attempted natlink v 5.5.6.

Workaround: Install python first, then run natlink installer.

@LexiconCode Can you take this on please?
natlink\InstallerSource\inno-setup-natlink.iss, i think {#PythonInstallPath} is blank when python has or is being installed by the installer.
