_control: show all grammars #25

This is now in Dougs fork, branch fix_unimacro_basics:

When you call "show all grammars" (a command of the _control grammar of unimacro, a pywin32 window should show up. This happens now again, after a long "disturbance".

The contents of the central pane however don't show up.

Modules: BrowseGrammarsApp and BrowseGrammars.

Doug, I am closer now. Maybe show you in a zoom session.

The specifications: when opening _control.py in an IDE, and running the code, at the end, the "show all grammars" command is issued, which comes to BrowseShow in line 573 of _control.py

Then in natlinkutilsbj.py, line 1197/1205 an app should be started, but the pythonpath is not updated on my system, still sucks on py39.

Maybe you know a way out of this...
