Fix unimacro basics and bump to 4.1.3 #26

working on _lines and _general grammars, and bumping the number to 4.1.3

many improvements to unimacro grammars, synchrone with unimacroutils.py and unimacro actions, which are now in the dtactions repository.

Mostly working now are grammars _lines, _tasks, _latex, _tags, _brackets
