Removed unused old code for stock import
Renamed dictyplasmid2chado2 -> dictyplasmid2chado, dictystrain2chado2 -> dictystrain2chado
Updated dist.ini to remove BioPortal::WebService dependency
Not ignoring modware-dump, updated .gitignore
Updated .travis.yml to not install BioPortal::WebService
