Update downloads page

Need to convert download page to new site.

Met with Petra today about the new downloads page. Here are some notes:

New order of tables: 1) Gene Information 1b) Dictyostelium Sequences and Annotations 1c) Genes on AX3/AX4 Chromosome 2 Duplication 2) Protein Information 3) DSC Data (formerly Mutant Phenotypes) 3b) Dictyostelium Anatomy Ontology 4) References

Removals:

• Tools table (outdated)
• Promoter sequences (1b)

Maybes:

• All Mutant Phenotypes files after the first one
• GO annotations mapped to GO-slim.obo (maybe renew)
• All references (ask Listserv)

Also update all protein information.

To start, the thought was to maybe just keep links to the downloadable files, then add in view tables later if desired.
