Add catalog list download feature

Users should be able to download a list of strains or plasmids as a file. Start with PDF, consider other file types like CSV.

Use a lower size font for displaying the dropdown list. i) you could add more items to the list ii) you create a visual distinction You could even use a different but similar font and a different color to make a subtle visual distinction.
