GO details layout: Swap Evidence and With columns #70

In the GO Details table, the With and Evidence columns should be swapped, so a stamens reads https://testdb.dictybase.org/gene/carA-1/goannotations protein binding | Evidence IPI | With tgrC1 chemotaxis | Evidence IGI | With carC

This makes more sense for a biologist and we have it more like it in old database, although the With is here simply put into evidence column it still reads more correctly. http://dictybase.org/gene/carA-1/go

See if you can do these new issues easily and add to release this week

and sorry, it was in wrong order on my poster, as this was so prematurely done more than 3 years ago. If you can't do them before release it's not a breaker but the annotations when looking one by one read better if swapped.Thanks!
