sequence(SO)
relation(RO), ? but not sure which one because the being used with default chado already been deprecated and not sure how to use the new one.
pub_type ?, have to double check.
Various strain/phenotype/genotype related ontologies and some custom ontologies from dictybase
literature keywords ontology from dictybase
cell ontology
evidence code ontology

They should be downloaded either from bioportal or from our github repository.
