span print #27

I remember you said something about changing span print, but i can't find it anywhere. I think span_print should be in a central location in span, to be called by send /span/print. I also think there should be a /span/forceprint to print regardless of the verbose status - since verbose status is only set AFTER preferences. In any case, there are things we would ALWAYS like to print, regardless of verose, like the load info. (i think).

I put the patcher span_print on the main level of span, not knowing where else to put it.

I agree, all the mechanism should be as centralized as possible

I rename it verbose, as it is the name of the preferences, and put it near autoload.
