Please ship the newer version of GnuTLS #2

As mentioned in the bug report below, version 3.6.11 of GnuTLS is required to not get a TLS error in cawbird, so please add it to the snap so that the snap doesn't rely on the version from the 18.04 base snap.

Hi,

While fixing this for the Cawbird snap will get us unblocked it doesn't help the rest of Ubuntu who might also be affected by the bug. So I've filed a bug on launchpad to hopefully get it fixed for all of Ubuntu :-)

This should now be fixed by upgrading to core22 as the base of the cawbird snap - core22 is based on Ubuntu 22.04 so should have a newer gnutls. The commit that should have fixed it is 0ca5e0f
