This commit updates README file to better document the project as well as updating the current progress in the development proccess.

The changes are:

Update the logo and project name
Add a short description of the snap
Add a screenshot of the game (using the same as snapcraft.io)
Add the grvatar of the snapcrafter
Update the list of changes
Add the build badge from snapcraft.io
