[Enhancement]: replay directory #28

What changes would you like?

Add documentation to README or otherwise showing replay directory.

I just found it ~/snap/openra/1409/.config/openra/Replays/ and thought this was quite difficult to locate. Is there a reason data like replays are stored in the .config directory?

This is a known issue https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/issues/10374 and I even filed a patch for it https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/19082/ but it was rejected.
