I've always wanted to start a company. I'm not sure yet if it'll be a startup or small business. I'm leaning towards a hybrid - the speed and lean benefits of a startup, but with a lifestyle culture (e.g. sane working hours, no pressure from taking outside funding, etc.). I'd probably aim for steady growth instead of rapid growth.
