KnowStreaming version : 3.1.0
Operating System version : centos7
Java version : 11

重现该问题的步骤

使用扩缩副本功能，后台实际缩容副本成功，但是KnowStreaming job 功能一直处于doing 并且后天日志报错越界异常

It may be caused by this problem (https://github.com/didi/KnowStreaming/issues/743), but the actual result was unsuccessful and has been fixed. You can also specify under what circumstances this problem occurs.
