Selective rules export. Import with replacement or appending of rules. #37

Added checkboxes to select export rules. The import confirmation window has been changed to a "replace-append" dialog box. Added a button to check-uncheck all rules.

Thanks for this PR .

I would prefer :

having two buttons (import , append rules ) instead of the dialog box which is confusing .
select/unselect all when clicking on the column title instead of a button

=> So we will have Four button : Export | Import | Append | Parameters

I can do it or you do it whatever you want

Yes it's better decision.

I would prefer than you do this changes because my programming skills not so good.
