Setting @dircategory and @direntry #12

Is there a good way to set these without editing the output file? If installing into emacs as part of a group of related systems we'd like to group them by a name other than "Common Lisp". If not, perhaps this could be configurable in the next version?

Done. There is now an :info-category option.
