Recommended CSS for HTML output? #16

I think the output of the declt manuals and user guide looks far better than what I get with 'out of the box' makeinfo. Can you recommend a style sheet to use? Even better if it has left sidebar TOC navigation. The way it is now there's an extra click every time to get back to the TOC to view and select the next topic the user wants to browse. With a TOC on the left the user would just click directly.

Look into doc/Makefile. This is the same stylesheet that I use for the Quickref website. No sidebar though, but this is a good idea.

Closing because anything beyond basic styling isn't possible until declt can output HTML directly, and thus include HTML tags that CSS can get at for styling.
