If a DM wants to be a player of their own run, they have to send themselves an invitation to play and accept it.
Describe the solution you'd like
With the new permissions system, DM will only need to tick a box for the "Player" role in the run settings modal (which pops up just after run creation).

Making the DM a player by default
In the pop-up to write the run title, add a mandatory selector to choose whether DM will also be a player or not
