Implement getCurrentUserStatus function:

update native SDKs
update AGP, gradle wrapper and build config to use test orchestrator (prevent memory issues)
Add delays to prevent flaky tests
setup CurrentUserStatus object
implement getCurrentUserStatus function and tests
