CMP-3165 migrate to rn 0.65.3

• Merge https://github.com/didomi/react-native/pull/62
• Update RN from 0.63.4 to 0.65.3
• Update native SDKs
• Update Sample and Test apps accordingly
• Remove native SDK dependency from android sample and test apps (we only need the module)
• Remove *.lock files from repository (those are generated files to ignore)
• Simplify script for updating native SDKs (no more updating the sample / test app)
• Fix duplicate event from IOS + allow multiple init
• Remove iOS version for CI (the specified version is not available anymore on github action runner)
• Update CI workflow plugins (remove github action warnings)

:warning: From now on, Android API 21 and iOS 11 will be the minimum version for any RN application.
