Dokan requests files in all caps when on mounted directory #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount a (case-sensitive) file system to a directory (i.e. on C:) rather than 
a drive
2. Attempt to open a file/folder other than root.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File/folder opening should work. Instead, Windows shows a dialog saying it 
can't locate the file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dokan 0.6.0 on Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
It works fine when a drive letter ("Z:") is mounted.

The problem may occur because Dokan does not call GetVolumeInformation on the 
mounted volume.
