SSHFS: end of file gets duplicated when using Emacs #244

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount remote host with SSHFS.
2. Open file on remote host with Emacs.
3. Save file a few times.
4. Close and open file again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of the original file, I frequently see the original file plus the last 
five lines or so of the file duplicated. This can happen several times, 
resulting in the last lines repeated over and over again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dokan SSHFS 0.6.0, GNU Emacs 23.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.1.7601), Windows 7 Ultimate 
64-bit.
