Wiki: Quickstart pages #91

Gamekit is already very user friendly, but I think adding a quickstart page 
would take this even further. Basic knowledge in the relevant field could be 
assumed (blender/c++,lua etc) so quickstart could focus more gamekit or obscure 
knowledge,  specific files to look at, features that are utilized, limitations 
to pay attention to.

Also, Gamekit/OgreKit seems to have the goal of being a full fledged 'game 
engine'. Quickstart comments on where to begin down this path would also be 
nice.
