Can see links to download pythonxy, but none of them download #186

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to mirror site. Click on mirror link and then link to download pythonxy 
2.6.5.1
2. Download of 420 MB finishes instantly without any content being downloaded
3. The installer is not recognized as an installer by windows.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the file to download but it did not although I could see the link, 
it downloaded a ghost file.
