PYTHONPATH Screw up on update to latest version #223

I noticed a problem with my PYTHONPATH on a laptop that I upgraded my version 
of PythonXY to the latest version.  I was maybe 4 versions behind.  Anyway, 
what I noticed that if I list the "sys.path" inside the interpreter, I see my 
PYTHON entries have "C:\\projects\\workspace" inserted before the path entry.  
The "C:\\projects\\workspace\\" entry is where I told the installer to look for 
the eclipse workspace a long time ago.

When I looked at a fresh install on another computer, I didn't not see this 
problem.
