Should we move te "add XXX to Scenario" buttons? #142

For the Create New Scenario panel, section 2 (advanced options), should we move the "Add XXX to scenario" buttons under the input table? Is more intuitive to find the button there after you create a new entry than going back to the top and click "add"?

Moved, after a request during a private beta version demo to some users.
