(clickable) red flashing arrow #181

The red flashing arrow is not going to add much info per se to the users, since it is just flashing and not describing anything. It has no messages upon hovering or clicking. Also, users failed to notice (and ask about it) in previous "webinars".

We should either remove this feature or add something more descriptive (either on click or hover, preferably on click, since is the most intuitive action to do with components).

The goal of this arrow was to point to the different tabs and explain that they can be visited in any order and no all of them may need to be visited. Changing this component for something else could work well too (open to suggestions here).

Will hide this arrow until we can engineer a better device, if it is needed (Maybe we don't need to remind the users at all that they can visit the tabs in whichever order)
