[post detail] admin and moderator badges for authors not displaying #1057

The "M" indicator is not appearing as expected for comment authors in post detail. Additionally, it would be nice to have an "A" marker for admins too, to be consistent with the web UI.

(the original request was on Matrix I think)

Turns out it is more complicated than expected and some refactoring is needed. Assigning to myself because I'm working on it.
