Hi. This URL appeared in an email newsletter I subscribe to: http://go.questexweb.com/SQ0F1e0IQ040uMi1k00s7KW

It resolved to: http://www.fiercehealthfinance.com/story/hospitals-healthcare-systems-inch-toward-value-based-payments/2015-06-08?utm_medium=nl&utm_source=internal

and was not cleaned.

Thanks for a great and extremely useful add-on. I use it on my Firefox desktop and mobile browsers and recommend it whenever i can.
