[feature request] - allow mapping shortcut to enable readwise on current page #14

I'm not sure exactly what goes into this and I'm sorry for not looking deeper into it - just don't have the bandwidth right now.

I don't think any specific shortcuts need to be set up, just the ability to enable the one enable/disable one within the extension shortcuts menu within Firefox Settings.
