Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Uploading an article to WikiData will create an item with an author entry as a string value, without linking it to the author's entity (if it exists). This has to be done manually afterwards.
Describe the solution you'd like Cita should allow to enter the author's QID during the article entity's creation. Unfortunately, there is no way of storing normalized author information inside of Zotero yet (this really is a problem but beyond this issue), so I guess the process has to be repeated for each uploaded article.
