Remove traces of no-longer-existing dist folder #271

As far as I understand, the dist folder is now the build folder.

Is it safe to remove dist from .gitignore and update the README accordingly?

Makes sense!

One difference is I think the .xpi is built automatically now and we don't need to do the zipping, but I'll update this once I've checked.
