file /snipeapp_config.php not found in server, review previous steps #15

I have copied the file into the root of the snipe-it installation, also tried copying it to the public folder.

Installed snipe-it using Cpanel installation

Can you try to acces to http://yourserver.domain/snipeapp_config.php

Public folder is te correct one.
