In this issue we will do the following:

• [x] Submit paper to Orlando Working Papers at Brown
• [x] Submit paper to socarxiv
• [x] Prepare cover letter for submission to journal
• [x] Submit to journal

I added a first pass to the cover letter in https://github.com/diegogentilepassaro/min_wage_rent/commit/302dcd9b843a4e65df15a93bf0ec3fb8449462aa, assuming we would submit to the QJE. What do you think @diegogentilepassaro @gabrieleborg ?

Summary: In this issue we submitted the paper to Orlando Center working paper series, socarxiv and the QJE.

• In https://github.com/diegogentilepassaro/min_wage_rent/commit/68ab829c6b113fd0656aa1b04a701e2455562aa1 I implemented a small fix to the paper (directly to master), which will only be reflected in the QJE submission
• In https://github.com/diegogentilepassaro/min_wage_rent/commit/7b20ae2620645b267e6ddfc1bc18e0e89993b26a I compiled the cover letter that was sent to the QJE.
