PR for #252: Add ZORI to estimation panels

In this issue I downloaded and added the ZORI index to the repo. See https://github.com/diegogentilepassaro/min_wage_rent/issues/252#issuecomment-1495056515 for details.

Who can tackle this task @diegogentilepassaro @gabrieleborg? I would suggest @diegogentilepassaro here, since he has access to the repo, and @gabrieleborg in #253. But let me know if you disagree!
