PR for #251: Adding zip business patterns data to base #258

In #251 we added the Zipcode Business Patterns data.

I have added two files:

  1. A totals file ../../../drive/base_large/zip_biz_patterns/zbp_totals.dta that contains data at the zipcode-year level.
  2. A detailed file ../../../drive/base_large/zip_biz_patterns/zbp_by_naics.dta that contains data at the zipcode-naics6-year level. This second dataset is huge!

@santiagohermo this should be through! I also removed some totals from the detailed (by zipcode-year-industry) file.

Great @diegogentilepassaro! The only thing that remains is adding the data to the Google Drive and Squash & Merge :)
