Extended: Revise empirical strategy and empirical results #268

In #259 the estimates of the model with weights changed. In this issue we will revisit this issue and improve those results.

Extension: I will revise the write-up of the empirical strategy and empirical results to make sure it aligns with the changes in #267

I will also revise the discussion of the state-time model and the yearly model
