PR for #267: Revise intro and model to prepare for JUE

Closes #267.

In this branch I implemented the following changes:

• Changed title of paper, thank you note, affiliations. I added a "corresponding author" because this is required by JUE.
• Rewrote the introduction with the following in mind
  • Suggest that the workplace MW is more important, and that the residence MW is simply an important control
  • Tone down the importance of the theoretical model
  • Write in the exercise using ZORI. This is to be added in #260
  • Frame the counterfactual as a nice exercise
• Revised the model section
  • Created a comprehensive "theory appendix" that contains the proofs and the model extensions.
  • Added an extension where commuting shares are endogenous
  • Added a discussion section at the end that goes over the main shortcomings pointed out by the referees, including a discussion of the consequences of having endogenous commuting shares.
• Revised context-data section, trying to shorten a bit
• Changed filenames of png files in the repo. This is because the latex compiler was using png instead of eps, and I wanted to force it to use figures in eps format!

I will start revising the rest of the paper to bring it closer to the intro in #268.

I also revised the intro, model, and appendix. If some of you have time to skim through section 2 and the appendix, great! If not I will revise it myself soon, before wrapping up this issue.
