Wrong language detection #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Give text "still no broadband" as input string and it is detecting as 
language sv
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected is en.
Getting sv

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version as on 27 Feb 2013 on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

Though langdetect is correct to detect for text enough long, it is bad at short 
text.
My ldig, a prototype of anoother language detection, may detect it more 
correctly.
