a detection fail on zh-cn #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
input "巴黎" which means Paris in zh-cn, the output is failed.
And I tried "巴" "黎", both failed to detect language.
input "法国" which means France in zh-cn, the output is zh-cn, which is fine.

This is a very common word in Chinese and the output goes wrong. I want some 
suggestions on how to fix this.
