Language detection and symbols codes...

Hello guys, i have two question. 

First:
Did you use characters table codes for additional(support) detection? Becouse 
sometimes i have wrong detection. 
Here example: this symbol "新" is Chinese Simplified but language detection 
says only that it Korean.

What is happens?

Second:
Why did you not use this kind of detection for first phase.

I just thought that when we write first detector we sell primarily check symbol 
in various ranges of the symbol table to determine the range of languages.
