I apply the solution only to grunt serve.

Also, i think could be worthy apply to the rest task that use ionic-cli tasks and `watch``

What do you think?

It's possible to close this, in favor PR #220. Solution with grunt-concurrent library.

I closed, because the repository looks without maintenance
