update node warning seems to persist after update

Not sure if this is cordova or ionic but i am seeing it in this frameset of tools

Upgrade warning - for the CLI to run correctly,
it is highly suggested to upgrade the following:

Please update your Node runtime to version >=0.12.x

I updated to 0.12.7 and still get the warning
