idea: Health reminders

What do you think about adding health reminders to the dosage?

• Take a screen break: every one hour, every two hours
• Drink water: every one hour, every two hours
• Walk a few minuse: every one hour, every two hours

IDK really, it's interesting but I think it's a bit out of scope of the app and I believe there other ones that serve this purpose already
