PNM format P2 not supported. #18

I know it's not, because when I go:

echo 'P2 4 1 3 0 1 2 3' | ./png.py

I get a traceback ending:
NotImplementedError: file format P2 not supported

I know that PNM conversion was really only a debugging aid, but it's there now 
so it may as well be 
useful and work properly.
