pipchunk adds second gamma chunk. #50

If an input file already has a gAMA chunk, then "pipchunk --gamma 0.55556" will 
add a second 
gAMA chunk.

This not only violates the PNG spec, http://www.w3.org/TR/PNG/#5ChunkOrdering , 
OS X Preview 
only uses the first gAMA chunk.
