Snippets display UTF-8 chars as '?' #247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new Wave.
2. Insert some Cyrillic text like: Новая Волна

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The snippet is updated and displays "Новая Волна"
Actual: Snippet displays: " ????? ?????"
