NOT SURE IF I AM TYPING THE CMDS PROPERLY BUT MY EXTRA DRIVE IS IN MY CD ROM 
BAY PLS HELP

Your file is called "itch-sync.properties.txt" (I can see it on your desktop, 
and it is also attached to the issue), but it should be called 
"itch-sync.properties.txt".

So the tool correctly reports that it can't load the file. Please get rid of 
the extra ".txt" extension by renaming the file.
